After his high profile spat with Floyd Mayweather Jr over drug testing ahead of what was billed as a super fight between the two, Manny Pacquiao can now concentrate on boxing again as he squares up with tough a teak Ghanaian, Joshua Clottey at the home of the Dallas Cowboys, Cowboys Stadium. This will be the 1st time Pacquiao has fought in a stadium in the US and he'll want to put on a show ahead of a potential clash with Mayweather Jr later in the year. Clottey isn't easy to get rid of though but he comes into this fight having been edged out by Miguel Cotto last time out.

Immediately there's a form line between Miguel Cotto for these two and that suggests Pacquiao will prevail in this fight. I think he will too but I don't think he'll have it all his own way though and there's talk from his camp that Pac Man will be boxing from distance. Clottey has superb defensive skills and his gloves may well absorb a lot of Pacquiao's punches. Manny won't want to get too close to Clottey as he has a reputation for using his head - literally. I think Pacquiao will win the fight and march onto a showdown with Mayweather but I think he may well need the scorecards to determine his win in this fight. Pacquaio by decision/technical decision is the call for me.
