Besiktas play host to Manchester United later this evening in this Group B, Champions League Fixture, which can be seen Live on Sky Sports with a 7:45pm BST Kick Off Time.

Besiktas come into this game on the back of a humiliating 3-0 defeat to Galatasaray, where as Manchester United come into the game on the back of a 3-1 victory over Spurs at White Hart Lane in what many people are saying has been their best performance of the Season so far.

No doubt Besiktas will be in for another tough game later tonight as the Premiership Champions look to have finaly got their Season going by playing the kind of football that they are renound for.

Ibrahim Toraman is the only player to miss out tonight and will otherwise be at full strength. Nihat Kahveci who joined Besiktas in the Summer after playing in Spain with Real Sociedad and Villarreal looks to be the main danger man for the turkish side.

Manchester United Team News

Van Der Sar, Obertan, Rafael and Owen Hargreaves are the only casualties for Alex Ferguson and his Red Devils side. Both Rio Ferdinand and John O'Shea got through 90mins against Spurs at the weekend and both should keep their place in the starting lineup.

Rooney will be hoping history repeats itself later tonight having put 3 goals past the Besiktas keeper when he was at Fenerbahce back in 2004 and is certainly in the right kind of form to score 3 tonight.

Summary

Manchester United despite playing away from home have to be favourites in my opinion going into this game and it doesn't surprise me at all to see the bookmakers having them priced up as low as 1.45 in some bookmakers.

Besiktas will struggle to qualify from this Group, especially after the Red Devils give them a lesson in passing football and I fully expect Manchester United to win this game by at least 2 or more goals to nil come the full time whistle.
