Hungarian Grand Prix

A difficult race to predict, the track here at Hungaroring is a lot different to the likes of Silverstone or Hockenheim. A very narrow track with lots of twists it presents a challenge to the drivers to find overtaking opportunities so achieving pole plays a very important part in the race.The track is rarely used outside of formula one so can be quite dusty in places, you often find this catches the less experienced drivers out, its a race that usually sees quite a lot of spin offs.

Both Ferrari and Mclaren have won here on four occasions in the last decade and with Lewis Hamilton on a roll at the minute he will be wanting to continue this good fortune and make it three times in a row that a British driver has won here with Button winning in 2006.

However as usual expect Ferraris best efforts to stop this happening, they are leading the constructors championship and with their number one driver Felipe Massa just four points behind Lewis Hamilton in the driver standings they will need to be at the top of their game here.

Eight races to go before the end of the season and the drivers standings have rarely been this close at this point in the season, we have seen four different drivers leading the standings so far, we could well see a change again after Hungary.
