The Celebration Mile is run at Goodwood racecourse in August, it is a Group 2 flat race and as the name suggests it has a racing distance of one mile.
It is open to horses of three years of age and upwards and is always a hot betting event.
Sir Michael Stoute has a good record in this event taking five of the last eight races and the winner can usually be found towards the top of the betting market.
