Dipper Novices Chase

The Dipper Novices Chase is ran every New Year's Day at Cheltenham racecourse, and is the highlight of a usually excellent day's racing to begin the year.

The race is ran over two miles five furlongs, and is for novice chasers aged five and above.

Some smart novices have won this race before and gone onto bigger things in their careers.
