Epsom Oaks

The Juddmonte Oaks is a spectacular event, the female equivalent to the Derby. It is held on Ladies Day at Epsom racecourse in June. Previously the Oaks was known as the Vodafone Oaks.

Truly one of the finest days racing on the calendar and the ultimate one and a half mile test for the fillies.

It is one of Brtains five classic races and is a Group 1 flat horse race where only the finest fillies take part. The Oaks is a race to look for speed and stamina and look for a horse that can cope with the undulations of the course.

One of the biggest betting races of the year and one not to be missed, betting for the race goes on all year and some good value bets can be taken in the ante post betting markets.
