The Kingwell Hurdle is run at Wincanton racecourse in February, it has a racing distance of two miles with eight fences for four year old horses and above.
Quite a significant race for looking for horses that may run well in the Champion Hurdle, many punters use this as a key race to see which horses are coming into form. The record is infact quite good and three horses have gone on to win both races in the same year.
