The Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle is held on the last day of the Cheltenham Festival in March, it has a race distance of three miles and is contested by horses of four years of age and above.
The race has been running since 2005 and so far records show that the front runners usually show somewhere in the placings.
As this is a new race, it's difficult to pick out any trends, other than the fact trainer Jonjo O'Neill has won the race for the last two years with highly rated horses, and horses that finished in the top two places last time out have done exceptionally well.
