The Richmond Stakes is part of the Glorious Goodwood meeting held at Goodwood racecourse, it is a Group 2 flat race, open to two year old colts and geldings and has a racing distance of 6 furlongs.
One of the main races of the week for the juveniles and one which draws plenty of betting activity. Due to the young age of the horses picking the winner can be difficult, experienced punters usually look to recent form of both horse and trainer.
