The Royal Lodge Stakes is run at Ascot racecourse in September, it is a Group 2 flat race with a race distance of one mile. Open to colts & geldings that are two years of age the race can help to pin point which horses will go on to be good middle distance three year olds.
In recent years Aidan O'Brien has had two winners so expect support from any horses from that popular stable.
