The Scilly Isles Novice Chase is run in February at Sandown Park racecourse, it is open to five year old horses and above and the racing distance is two miles four and a half furlongs.
A grade one race with seventeen fences to be jumped in the race, the race is for novice horses which means that to compete in this race a horse willl not have won in this particular type of race prior to the start of the current season.
