The Skybet Dash is a Heritage Handicap run over six furlongs at York racecourse and is open to horses of three years of age and above.
This year sees trainer Richard Fahey attemping to repeat his 2006 success with four runners including joint favourite Knot In Wood who came fourth in 2006 when Fahey won with Wyatt Earp. Knot In Wood has been in great form recently winning the Scottish Stewards' Cup just a week ago. On a negative he will be carrying top weight here but Fahey believes he is on target for another good performance.
Another of Faheys quartet is Harrison George who it seems is also at his best having won the first three in his four course starts, he is also a course specialist with his last two wins on the Knavesmire. On a negative there is a lot to ask of him here and it could just be a step up to far at this time.
