Racing Post Chase Betting

The Grade 3 handicap, Racing Post Chase gets underway on Saturday at Kempton racecourse, the bookies have the Paul Nicholls trained Big Fella Thanks as the current firm favourite after a resounding victory in the Sky Bet Chase at Doncaster in January. He made light work of things to put up a great display of jumping and looked like he had plenty left on the turn for home. His price was slashed from 6's to the current 3-1.

French import Nacarat made his UK debut just over a year ago where he scored at Wincanton putting up a show that left the other contenders standing. Trained by Tom George, unfortunatly he hasn't produced anything like since, until last month where he delivered at Doncaster looking like he had got his sparkle back, he looked very impressive. The timing of this race could be just right for this one, if he turns up fresh which he needs to be he could well give a good account of himself.

Paul Nicholls also has Nozic, who is carrying top weight and last years winner Gungadu who has failed to win since.

Philip Hobbs has Lacdoudal who came third here two years ago but has since had time off due to injury, delivered nothing special since arriving back to work but on his last outing at Sandown in January he showed signs that he could just about be back to winning ways to arrive home third after a decent display of himself.

Ungaro is the charge of Keith Reveley who won the Feltham here back in 2006 and more recently runner up to Big Fella Thanks in the Sky Bet. Certainly one to consider for a place, he seems to like right handed tracks and could just claw himself into the places.
