Nicky Henderson runs Burton Port who may not have the star status that his stablemate Punchestowns holds but do not under estimate this very nice versitile and dependable sort who stands on three from three over fences.
Knockara Beau has a tad more experience that will help his cause here, he has recently twice just found the one to good, at Haydock when Diamond Harry took the star turn and last time out it was Weird Al who got the better of him at Wetherby in the Towton Novices Chase.
Nigel Twiston Davies has a duo, Pettifour who made a successful debut over fences in November at Cheltenham but disposed of his partner at Newbury later in the month and Diablo who despite some good runs since his chase debut in September is still looking to get his head in front.
Ballygulleen completes the field.
