Betting In-running at Totesport
Totesport have a dedicated In-running section on their site which features a decent selection of markets and events. Bet placement is quick and easy thanks to a nifty little popup at the side of the screen as soon as you click on your selection.
Betting Offers at Totesport
Totesport do have betting offers from time to time although finding them on the site isn't particularly easy and they could probably do more to make these more visible.
However, this does seem to be an area which Totesport are not really pursuing with quite the same vigour as they once did.
Summary
A solid website from a highly respected bookmaker. It's the home of the totepool horse racing and offers pretty much everything you'd expect from an online bookie.
Unfortunately, it doesn't really offer anything over and above that and the lack of a mobile betting facility is a criminal oversight these days.
Still, they remain a very popular bookie for a lot of punters - probably because of their solid reputation as much as anything else, I suspect and as you're going to be sending them your money, that's no bad thing, I suppose.
